Springfield Mall is a 590,000-square-foot (55,000 m2) regional shopping mall located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Philadelphia in Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It is located just off of Interstate 476 (the "Blue Route") along Baltimore Pike, near its busy intersection with Pennsylvania Route 320. It is serviced by a number of SEPTA bus lines as well as the mass transit system's SEPTA Route 101 trolley line, a rarity for suburban Philadelphia shopping malls, many of which are served solely by bus routes.
It is operated jointly by the Simon Property Group and the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
It is currently anchored by a 192,000 sq ft (17,800 m2) Macy's and contains over 70 stores such as Borders, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Suncoast, Foot Locker, American Eagle Outfitters, and Hot Topic. The mall also contains a 186,000 sq ft (17,300 m2). vacant anchor store, which is slated to become a Target.
Full service dining options include Ruby Tuesday and Carrabba's Italian Grill. Fast food dining options include Subway and Sbarro.
